PURPOSE:To detect the amount of displacement of a lead constantly and properly regardless of the inclination of electronic components. CONSTITUTION:A straight line y connecting first measurement data 24-23 and final measurement data 24-31 is drawn for each one side of electronic component, the right-angle distance to each measurement data is used as the amount of first displacement of each measurement data, and then one with the maximum absolute value is judged to be the measured amount of displacement if the amount of displacement is all zero or a positive value or zero or a negative value. When the amount of first displacement is dispersed to zero and positive and negative values, the measurement data 24-30 whose amount of displacement is negative and the absolute value is the maximum and then the measurement data 24-28 whose absolute value is large are extracted, a straight line y2 passing two points is drawing. On the other hand, when the amount of displacement is dispersed to zero and positive and negative values as the amount of second displacement, the measurement data 24-30 and the measurement data 24-23 are extracted, a straight line y3 is drawn, and the amount of third displacement is obtained, thus judging one with the maximum amount of third displacement to be the measured amount of displacement. |
