PURPOSE: To prevent the distortion of a stator ring due to the fastening of a fitting screw in a revolving speed sensor fitted in an axle. CONSTITUTION: This speed sensor 60 is circular, and it is fitted to the bearing adjusting ring 68 of the differential device of an axle. An inward cantilever tab 104 absorbing the fastening load of a fitting screw 110 via the local axial deflection is formed on a radially inward flange provided on a circular housing 78. An axial air magnetic flux gap is generated between a stator ring 86 and the poles (teeth 76) of a rotor 72, and the stator ring 86 is located adjacently to the housing 78 in the axial direction. A notch 108 is provided on the stator ring 86 so that the tab 104 can be freely deflected. When the screw 110 is fastened, the tab 104 is deflected and stored in the notch 108 to absorb the local load, the local deflection in the axial direction of the stator ring 86 is eliminated, and the misalignment of magnetic poles can be prevented. |
