PURPOSE:To reduce the work burden on a service clerk by using table number information in place of customer number information for identifying an ordering customer. CONSTITUTION:When received data are newly inputted data, the updated value of a customer number counter 64 is stored in an empty customer number area R1 of a customer buffer 63 as a customer number for which the updated value is allocated to these ordering data. Next, an amount multiplying quantity to a unit price read from an article number table 61, the total amount and the tax or the like are calculated, and the ordering data are prepared by adding the various kinds of information to the received data and stored in an ordering data area R2 of the customer buffer 63. On the other hand, when the received data are additionally inputted data, the ordering data area R2 of the customer buffer 63 is retrieved, ordering data corresponding to a table number contained in the received data are found out, and the ordering data are prepared by reading the correspondent unit price information from the article number table 61 and additionally stored at the end of the ordering data in the customer buffer 63. |
