<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an easy-to-handle diagnostic sheet by applying surface and rear surface waterproof layers to the rear surface of the coupler coated face of a support with a wax layer being laminated on any one of the surface and rear surface waterproof layers and applying a transparent resin film to the surface of the coupler coated face. CONSTITUTION:A support 10, a developer coated layer 12, and a coupler coated layer 14 are laminated sequentially and a laminate 15 is punched into horseshoe shape (tooth shape). A rear waterproof layer 16 is formed of a PET film together with the support 10 and bonded thereto through adhesive 18. A surface waterproof layer 20 is also formed of a PET film and bonded to the layer 18 along the outer periphery of the support 10 while lapping over the layer 14. In other words, the laminate 15 is covered with the layers 16, 20 and bonded along the periphery thereof and then it is punched into horseshoe shape while leaving the bonding margin along the outer fringe thereof thus producing a pressure-sensitive sheet 22. A wax layer 24 is then formed on one surface of the sheet 22 and a transparent synthetic resin film 25, e.g. a film for wrapping food, is applied to the surface thereof. A dentist can know the clenching state and clenching force based on the coloring of the sheet 22 and tooth arrangement recorded as irregularities on the layer 24 by clenching.</p> |
