PURPOSE:To accurately recognize a specified original by respectively detecting the change of visible image information, the non-change of information excepting for the visible information and completely opposite cases. CONSTITUTION:Respective added color components are outputted from adders 121 to subtracters 122, and difference from an attention picture element signal component is calculated. Each of difference is compared with a constant by a decision LUT 128 and when it is smaller, '1' is outputted. In the case of an infrared read signal, the difference and the ratio are similarly calculated by a decision LUT 129, when they are larger than constants, '1' is outputted and when the AND of them is '1' at an AND gate 130, data are latched in a latch 135 by judging the presence of the infrared signal change in a visible area. On the other hand, this difference and the infrared read signal are inputted to decision LUT 131 and 132 and compared with constants, and when '1' is outputted, they are ANDed and latched in a latch 133 by judging the presence of a visible signal in the infrared area. When both of outputs from latches 132 and 133 are '1', specified mark detection is recognized. |
