MANUFACTURE OF HIGH VOLTAGE COIL FOR FLYBACK TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE:To provide a method for easily manufacturing a high voltage coil for flyback transformers which is free from portions not impregnated with insulating resin and highly reliable. CONSTITUTION:An insulating film 3b and high voltage copper wire 6 are alternately wound around a high voltage bobbin 2 to form a high voltage coil 1 for flyback transformers. In the manufacturing process the high voltage copper wire 6 is wound while insulating resin 9 is being applied thereto.
