<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a waveform distortion and to reduce an undesired radiation by using a buffer having an appropriate characteristic in accordance with a frequency, in the device for handling a signal whose frequency is varied. CONSTITUTION:The device for processing a signal whose frequency is varied is provided with plural buffer circuits whose driving capacity of a dynamic range and the highest frequency, etc., is different, and provided with a buffer circuit selecting circuit for selecting a desired buffer circuit from therein. Also, in the case handled signals are plural clock frequency signals, a clock frequency detecting circuit 1, and a clock buffer selecting circuit 3 for selecting a desired clock buffer circuit in accordance with its frequency are provided.</p> |
