PURPOSE:To selectively insert axial parts and jumper wire while keeping a jumper wire automatic supply mechanism to be mounted to an automatic insertion device for axial components by using a tape with a first region supporting the axial components and a second region supporting nothing. CONSTITUTION:When insertion of axial components 202B into a printed circuit board is completed and further a sequence tape is sent by one pitch, a part 208 of the sequence tape is positioned on inside formers 46A and 46B and shear blocks 42A and 42B and a feed gear 40 stops at this position. When a controller detects that the feed gear 40 stopped, it operates the jumper wire automatic supply mechanism. When fitting of the jumper wire is completed, the controller rotates the feed gear 40 and advances the sequence tape, operates the automatic insertion mechanism for axial components, and then inserts axial components 202C, 202D, and 202E into the hole of a printed circuit board. |
