<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method of a storage battery for improving workability, which is provided with excellent vibration-proof and anticorrosion properties. CONSTITUTION:In a box shape battery lid 6 having a recessed part 9 for storing an intermediate strap 3, and a recessed part 10 for storing a strap 4 for terminal, in the rear surface, a hole 11 for inserting a terminal polar strut 5 in a battery lid 6, is formed, while the outer surface of the inserting hole 11 is closed, and a coated wall part 18, which limitedly forms a recessed part 17 for storing an inserting part 5a of the terminal polar strut 5, is provided. The rear surface of the battery lid 6 is turned up, and after an adhesive is filled in the recessed part 9 and the recessed parts 10, 17, an electric jar 1 in which a pole plate group is assembled, is turned upside down, and is abutted on and connected to the battery lid 6 through the adhesive 8, while the strap 4 for terminal, for which an intermediate strap 3 and the terminal polar strut 5 are erected, is embedded in the filling adhesive 8 in the corresponding recessed part 9 and the recessed parts 10, 17. After left as it is, and after the adhesive 8 is hardened, an assembly battery container is stood upright, and the coated wall part 18 is removed, while the inserting part 5a of the terminal polar strut 5 is exposed and is cut, and a connector 12 for guiding terminal is connected to the processed surface thereof.</p> |
