PURPOSE: To automatically and accurately start service calling at a high speed without the need of oral communication. CONSTITUTION: Prescribed data relating to the identification of a machine and the feature of a fault are transmitted at the time of initial calling, communication with a remote diagnostic or service equipment is established by utilizing a user interface in a fault machine, the identification and physical data of the machine are automatically transferred regardless of the presence/absence of additional operator supply information and further, a state message is received and displayed without the need of the oral communication. An error generatable by the oral communication is eliminated and state information is obtained in the fault machine without the need of the oral communication with the operator of a machine site and is automatically provided. |
