PURPOSE:To prevent the use of facility when a system is not energized by preventing a key from being extracted from a keybox when a computer is not energized and preventing the registration of the end of use until a key is returned to a box. CONSTITUTION:When the start of using a guest room is registered from a computer 1 at a front desk, the lock of a keyhole 7 is released by energizing the solenoid of the keyhole 7 wherein a key corresponding to the guest room is inserted. Thus, a key 6 is extracted from a key box 2 and passed to a customer. The customer opens the room and turns on the power of facilities. When the use of the guest room is ended, he returns the key 6 to the front desk. When the key 6 is inserted into the key box 2, the end of use can be registered from the input keyboard of the computer 1. When the end of use is registered, the solenoid is degaussed and the keyhole 7 is locked, resulting in preventing the key 6 from being extracted from the key box 2. |
