PURPOSE:To obtain an X-ray image display system which makes the contour of an X-ray map clear. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray image processing part 4 generates a map on the basis of a signal detected by an X-ray detecting part 3 and writes it in a frame memory 5. A secondary electron image processing part 7 generates a secondary electron image on the basis of a signal detected by a secondary electron detecting part 6 and, moreover, it extracts the contour component of the image and writes it in a frame memory 8. A display control part 9 reads out synchronously the map written in the frame memory 5 and the contour component of the secondary electron image written in the frame memory 8 and adds up, synthesizes and displays them in a monitor 10. Even when the contour of the map generated by the X-ray image processing part 4 is dim, accordingly, a map having a clear contour is displayed in the monitor 10. |
