The heating appts. for degasing a dissolved gas of an oxygen and a carbon dioxide in the water is characterized by (a) heating the wall surface by the heater line equipped on a side of the heater connected to the storage tank, (b) providing a spraying membrane for passing the dissolved gas-contg. water by the spraying valve on the upper water tank, and removing the dissolved gas by the latent heat generated from the condensation portion, and (c) forming a stacked channel tray on the condensation portion, and then perfectly separation exhausting a residual dissolved gas.
