<p>PURPOSE:To provide the electrophotographic color toner superior in hues, various kinds of fastnesses, and stability against environmental conditions. CONSTITUTION:The electrophotographic toner is obtained by dyeing the particles having anionic groups in an aqueous solution of a phthalocyanine type basic dye, such as (C. I. Basic Blue 33). Since the cationic parts of the dye forms salts with the anionic groups of the resin and no chlorine counter ion exists, the toner is enhanced in stability against environmental conditions, saturation, and fastness.</p> |
