PURPOSE:To obtain an abberation chart display and an abberation calculator for calculating the abberation of optical system and displaying thus calculated abberation on a display. CONSTITUTION:The inventive system comprises means for deciding input of writing control data relevant to the abberation chart of an optical system, a manual scale setting means for setting a display scale based on a writing control data when the input deciding means decides that a writing control data is inputted, an automatic scale setting means for setting a display scale automatically based on a data relevant to the specifications, properties, etc., of the optical system preset in a memory means 2 when the input decision means decides that the writing control data is not inputted, and an abberation chart writing means for outputting an abberation chart of the optical system based on the data delivered from the manual scale setting means and the automatic scale setting means. |
