The post is formed by a tube (10) fitted vertically on a foot anchored in the ground. The lower end of the tube contains a seat matching a concave face (23) of the foot. The tube and the anchor in the ground are positively coupled by an axial tensile element of such arrangement that the tube tilts to opposite side only on impact. Then the seat slides over the concave face.Pref. the tube seat is formed by a bottom member (11) of a spherical face (13) matching the foot concave face. Alternately the tube seat may be formed by a concentric socket, or an end section of the tube.
