The present invention aims at providing a novel compound having histamine H3 receptor antagonism and relates to a compound represented by the following general formula (0) <IMG> (0) wherein m represents an integer of from 4 to 6; R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl or aralkyl group; R2 and R3 may be either the same or different from each other and each represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a cycloalkylalkyl group a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group; and Z represents R5 or A-A6, wherein A represents S or 0, R5 represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group, and R6 represents a lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, a lower alkynyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group; or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
