The seat panel (6) is swivel connected by a second connecting link (5,2) to a first guide link (5) which is movably fixed to the housing of the second hoist (4) by a first connecting link (5.1). The seat panel is joined by a link (4.2) to the vertically retractable tubular support (4.1) of a second hoist fixed parallel to the first hoist (3.1).The backrest (7) is swivel mounted by a link connection (7.2) to the back edge (6.2) of the seat panel. The backrest is guided via a fitment (7.3) and a first link connection (8.1) by a second guide link (8) which in its turn is swivel mounted by a second link connection (8.2) about 2/3 up the first guide link.
