Crude coal feeder to pressurised pulveriser

The crude coal feeder consists of a supply bunker (5), under which is fitted a distributor (6), whose outlet end is coupled to the pulveriser (1) by a supply shaft (10). Between the distributor and the pulveriser is incorporated an intermediate bunker (7). The intermediate bunker is fitted with its own distributor (8), and a preset filling level is maintained in their bunker. A housing (9) surrounds the intermediate bunker distributor, to which is fitted the connecting part of the supply shaft in a manner resisting any pressure surges.
