The screening efficiency may be increased in an improved screen by equipping the screen with a compulsory mixer (5). The materials to be screened, which are moved forward in a main flow direction (1) towards a discharge end (11), are thus thoroughly mixed during the screening process, so that the desired increase in screening efficiency is achieved. |
