There is disclosed a hollow-form wheel (10) formed entirely by injection molding of plastic. The wheel has an integral, central sleeve (12) to receive a wheel hub assembly, at least three, hollow-form, integral spokes (16) that are symmetrically located at equal angular spacings about the hub, and an integrally formed annular rim (20) having a peripheral channel (22) to receive a tire. The wall thickness of the sidewalls of the rims and spokes and the central hub area of the wheel are of uniform thickness to provide the strength and stiffness properties at least equal to those of a metal spoked wheel.
