A thrust nozzle (1)(fig. 1) of a jet engine has at least one nozzle wall 6a, 6b, connected via a plurality of mushroom headed securing elements 11 to an airframe (4, 4'). The elements 11 engage claw like accommodating means 10 which permit sliding movement in a first direction but substantially prevent movement at right angles thereto. The elements 11 are arranged in a grid-like pattern (fig. 2a 2b, 5a 5b). <IMAGE>
