An elastic connecting component is provided between two fixture points and comprises two axially arranged rods (1,5) which via a sprung body (9) elastically accommodating both pressure and tractive loads are joined together. The sprung body (9) is enclosed by a housing, which guides the rods axially.The first rod (1) at its first end carries the internally cylindrically formed housing (11). The second rod (5) at its first end supports the sprung body (9), which encompasses the rod, and is fitted between two movably arranged plates (6,13) on the rod. Both the movably arranged plates and the sprung body are arranged between two plates (4,12) fitted on the second rod (5).
