The rain water basin, at a sewage treatment plant, has a circular outline with at least one inlet feed, and outlet from the base of the basin, and an outlet for clear water. A ring wall is built on the base of the basin, with a circular concentric vertical wall. The basin is sepd. into an outer activating basin connected to the feed on one side, and an inner further cleaning basin with the outlet on the other side. The two basin sections are interlinked by a pipe.
