摘要 For the automatic separation of polar components, especially tensides from solvents and hydrocarbons and especially oil extracts, the hydrocarbon extract and especially oil extract is displaced by polar adsorption and the mixture is stirred to bond the polar components to adsorbents. The extract free of polar components is separated from the polar adsorbents, for detection analysis of the hydrocarbon and especially oil concentration in the extract. Also claimed is an appts. with an extraction vessel (2) with at least one adsorbent feed (9) from a supply (5) and at least one solvent and oil extract feed (1) and an outlet (10) for tenside-free extract and an adsorbent outlet (18) from the sediment zone (4) of the vessel (2).Aluminium oxide is used as the polar adsorbent, to be stirred with the mixture of solvent and hydrocarbon and especially oil extract. The extract free of polar components is separated from the adsorbents by precipitation, followed by filtering out residual water before the extract is passed to a detection unit for analysis. After analysis, the extract is transferred to a regeneration plant, and the adsorbents are caught for the solvent to drop free for regeneration.The tenside-free solvent and solvent released from the adsorbents are regenerated for use with the actual infra-red absorption measurement, with detection analysis to register the light absorption of the amount of delivered infra-red light. An automatic rinsing with clean solvent follows each sampling.
