摘要 A catalyst component (I) for polymerisation of olefins is obtd. by mutual contact of (1) transition metal cpd(s). contg. Zr, Ti or Hf and 2,4-pentanedionato ligand(s) (acac), (2) a cpd. of formula Me2(OR2)m(R3)n(X2)z-m-n and (3) a cyclic cpd. with 2 or more conjugated double bonds; Me2 is main gp. I-III or sub gp. II metal; R2, R3 are 1-24C hydrocarbyl; X2 is halo; m is 0-z; n is 0-z; m+n is 0-z; z is valency of Me2.Pref. cpd. (1) has the formula Me1(CH3COCHCOCH3)pRq- (OR1)r(X1)4-p-q-r (where Me1 is Zr, Ti or Hf; R, R1 are 1-24C hydrocarbyl, pref. alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or aralkyl; X1 is halo, i.e. F, Cl, Br or I; p, q, r are 0-4; p+q+r are 0-4). Pref. (1) is e.g. Zr(acac)4, Zr(OMe)(acac)3, ZrCl2(acac)2, Zr(benzyl)3(acac) or corresp. Ti and Hf cpds. (ca. 294 cpds. listed). In cpd. (2), Me2 is Li, Na, K, Mg, Ca, Zn, B or Al; R2 and R3 are alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or aralkyl; X2 is F, Cl, Br or I. Cpd. (2) is e.g. MeLi, PhLi, Et2Mg, PhMgBr, Et3Al, Bu2AlCl, Bu2Zn, Ph3B, etc. (ca. 189 cpds. listed). Cpd. (3) has a cyclopentadiene structure and 4-24C atoms, e.g. cyclopentadiene (CpH), Cp-Me, indene, 4-methylindene, cyclooctatetraene, azulene, fluorene, SiCp4, Cp2SiMePh, etc. (ca. 95 cpds. listed). Cpd. (4) is a trialkyl-Al cpd., esp. where alkyl is Me, Et, Pr, Bu, pentyl, hexyl, octyl, decyl or dodecyl. Amt. of cpd. (2) and of cpd. (3) is 0.1-100 mole of each per mole cpd. (1), and atom ratio of cpd. (4) is 1-100,000 w.r.t. cpd. (1). Catalyst (II) is in solid or liq. form.
