MODIFIED POLYESTER COMPOSITION

摘要

THis is a new high contraction polyester copolymer which can enhance the thermal contraction stress of polyester fiber. This polyester is composed of terephthalic acid as difunctional carboxylic acid, 5-20 wt.% isophthalic acid and 0.1-2.0 wt.% trimelitic acid as trifuctional carboxylic acid. The max. thermal contraction stress of the polyester fiber using this polyester is above 0.6 g/d.
