The oven according to the invention comprises an enclosure (1), in which an intermediate wall (4) separates a first part (7) for containing the materials to be cooked and a second part (8) for containing the functional elements of the oven, and in particular a turbine (11) and a burner (9). The burner (9) is arranged downstream of the turbine (11) in the direction of flow of the air propelled by the turbine, and the flame (18) which it produces is oriented transversely in relation to the direction of flow of the air flow. The outlet openings of the burner (9) are moreover oriented to allow the flow by gravity of the condensation water which may be formed in the burner (9). The intermediate wall (4) is removable for cleaning. The volume of the first part (7) of the enclosure is thus maximised and cleaning of the functional elements of the oven is made considerably easier without interfering with the functioning of the burner. <IMAGE> |
