摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at reducing loss times and at enhancing the efficiency of production, by measuring a fabricated area on a workpiece with the use of a tool which does not yet terminate its use life and is not yet broken, and by referring a plurality of internal data files, individually, for inspection, when the workpiece is not good in measuring so that the issuance of alarm is made to be minimum. CONSTITUTION:During a workpiece W being measured, when a measuring signal NG1st is taken into an AND gate 6, a start instruction signal operates a program memory 7 for a not good workpiece in measuring, and is taken as a memory setting signal into a set memory 8 from which a signal is taken into an AND gate 9 so that a tool used before the measurement fabricates the same area where the measuring signal NG1st is issued or another area next to the former. If a not good condition occurs again in measuring when the fabricated area is measured, an open alarm signal is issued as a measuring signal NG2nd. With this arrangement, the errors in data extracted from data for tools, machining and workpieces in common items, are confirmed and insufficiency is checked, and therefore, the operation of the system may be continued as far as possible, thereby it is possible to minimize interruptions.
