One of the panels has a drive access opening coaxial with a hub of the disc record member to be enclosed, and a radial portion for enabling a transducing access to the disc. A pair of side walls form flaps extending coextensively with and on opposite sides of the panels. An end wall flap is located at a distal end of one panel and extends longitudinally with the panel. Brackets are integrally formed with the first panel and are folded toward and engage the second panel to stiffen the housing made by folding the panels to face each other. The brackets are disposed in predetermined spaced-apart relationship on the first panel at circumferential locations to be enclosed by a cartridge formed by the blank for limiting radial movements of the enclosed disc record member. A foot is provided on each bracket, and is foldable to engage the second panel for maintaining a spacing between the panels axially of the enclosed disc record member greater than a maximum axial dimension of the disc. |
