The apparatus for efficiently removing water contained in the latex wastes in order to simplify the transportation of the wastes, comprises a barrel (1) having a draining passage (6), for receiving the latex wastes; an upper compressing means (2) including an air cylinder (9) and a compressing plate (10), for compressing the wastes; a lower supporting means (3) including an air cylinder (11) and a compressing plate (13), for supporting the compression and lifting the waste bulk already compressed, a water collecting tank (4) including cylindrical inner/outer walls (14)(15), a slanted bottom wall (15), a draining pipe (17), for collecting the water, a discharging apparatus (5) including a filtering tank (20) with a filter (18) and a draining pipe (19), and a pushing bar (21), an air cylinder (22), a chute (23).
