<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a resistor in which the resistance wire is wound in the equal pitch with no lowering of the working efficiency by giving the close winding of the resistance wire and the insulating material to the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Both resistance wire 42 and insulator wire 43 are wound in close adhesion to the outer circumference of cylindrical or columnar bobbin 41 made of ceramics and the like. The thickness or wire 43 is set equal to or smaller than wire 42 to facilitate an easy close winding for both wires with no gap between. In case the large winding pitch is desired for wire 42, the number of wire 43 is increased. That is, the two or three pieces of wire 43 are prepared for one piece of wire 42, and thus the pitch is increased two or three times. Furthermore, the winding pitch of the close winding can be decreased extremely by using the resistance wire to which the insulating material of a fixed thickness is covered. Thus a hot wire resistor wound by the resistance wire in the equal pitch can be obtained with a high working efficiency.</p> |
