PURPOSE:To enable molding which is continuously stable, by a method wherein extrusion molding is performed by heating an extrusion machine at a compression part of the same at the temperature of more than the fusion point of ultra-high-molecular- weight polyolefin by bringing a supply part of the extrusion machine into the temperature of less than the fusion point of a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:Dry blending of powdery ultra-high-molecular-weight polyolefin and a plasticizer granulated by a pulverizer is performed and introduced into a hopper 3 of a screw type extrusion machine 1. To improve intrusion of raw material composite into a screw 2 in the supply part (a), the supply part (a) is brought into the temperature of less than the fusion point of the plasticizer, a slide resulting from fusion of the plasticizer is prevented by so constituting the titled method that the plasticizer is sent into the supply part (a) without fusing the same and a supply quantity is stabilized. As the raw material composite sent from the supply part is heated suddenly by a heater 6 which the same is being compressed by a compression part (b), it follows that the ultra-high-molecular-weight polyolefin and plasticizer are fused about at the same time and fused into uniformly, through which they are sent out stably without generating the slide. |
