PURPOSE:To prevent a volatile drug from being spilt and to easily control a volatilizing quantity by laminating the thermoplastic polyurethane having a prescribed melt viscosity on a porous base material, and seal-packaging the volatile drug in making the polyurethane into an inner surface. CONSTITUTION:On a porous base material 1 such as a fabric, a nonwoven fabric, a paper, etc., a thermoplastic polyurethane 2 is melt-extrude-laminated. The polyurethane 2 has a value in which the melt viscosity at a temperature lower by 20 deg.C than an extruding temperature is 5X10<4> poise (hightening system flow tester, load 10kg, nozzle diameter 1mm, and nozzle length 1m). A drug A is hermetically packaged in a pouch to make the polyurethane 2 into the inner surface. |
