<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a fiber reinforced structural composite assembly having a hollow section capable of molding a simple or complicated structural assembly in low cost. CONSTITUTION: A process for forming a fiber reinforced EB curable thermoplastic first composite member having rigidity, a process for forming a fiber reinforced EB curable thermoplastic second composite member having rigidity and a process for bonding an EB curable adhesive to the boundary surface formed by assembling both composite members are provided. Further, a process for fusing first and second fiber reinforced thermoplastic members at positions mutually separated so as to leave an interval in order to form a hollow section and a process for irradiating the hollow section with electrons to bring the adhesive and the partially bonded first and second fiber reinforced EB curable thermoplastic members to a thermally cured state are provided.</p> |
