PURPOSE:Microorganisms having a great amylase-producing ability and Cycloserine resistance. CONSTITUTION:The variation of strains having an alpha-amylase-producing ability and no Cycloserine resistance is induced by the conventional induction method, and the suspension of the variation strains thus obtained is cultured in a plate medium containing Cycloserine for 2-3 days, and large colonies are fished and separated to give microorganisms having the Cycloserine resistance, comprising Bacillus subtilis CS108 (FERM-P No.4633), TM23 (No.4634), 630T2 (No.4635) and T2N26 (No,4636), Bacillus subtilis Marburg 6160 (ATCC 6015). |
