PURPOSE: To prevent the adhesion of a product to the inner wall of an orifice and to reduce the friction thereof to achieve smoothing by circulating a fluid having predetermined temp. through the inner passage of a tunnel-shaped outside easing and supplying a high pressure gaseous fluid from a nozzle through a distributing passage and sucking the gaseous fluid from the nozzle through an inner suction passage. CONSTITUTION: A base part 2 having the side wall of a tunnel 1 and a cover 3 is heated to desired temp. by the fluid passed through a passage A, a passage B to which a high pressure gaseous fluid is circulated and a fluid sucking-out passage C. A nozzle supplying the gaseous fluid to a matrix and a nozzle 6 sucking the fluid are respectively provided to the passages B, C. The matrix is a single laminated plate and both surfaces of the central plate 7 thereof are surrounded by plates 8, 9 having radial circulating networks built therein and the networks have outer plates 10, 11 and have radial grooves 12 opened to outer peripheral passages 13 from the centers of the plates 8, 9.
