PURPOSE:To prevent a lower end of a skirt pleat from deforming at a portion adjacent to a cut during transportation or processing in a supply hopper by forming an expanded part extending along an axial line corresponding to each of breakage lines formed on the skirt pleat. CONSTITUTION:Each of breakage lines 18, 20, 22, 24 comprises a cut 26 which is formed so that it becomes narrower as it goes upward and a slit 28. Normally height H along an axial line of a body 2 is approximately 5.0 to 7.0mm, length L1 along an axial line from the lower end of a skirt pleat 6 to the upper end of the cut 26 is approximately 0.5 to 1.0 mm, and length L2 along an axial line from the lower end of the skirt pleat 6 to the upper end of the slit 28 is approximately 3.0 to 4.0mm. An expanded part 34 which is expanded outward in a radial direction and extends along an axial line is formed corresponding to the breakage line 18, and the expanded part 34 is made to extend upward from the upper end of the cut 26 beyond the upper end of the slit 28 to the vicinity of the upper end of the skirt pleat 6. |
