PURPOSE:To provide hybridomas capable of producing rat monoclonal antibody. CONSTITUTION:The cells of the lymph node thickening when an antigen is injected into the sole of the foot of one or both of the rear limbs of a rat is used for producing the objective hybridomas capable of producing rat monoclonal antibody.
