PURPOSE:To obtain a clinically useful preventing and therapeutic agent for bronchial asthma capable of blocking allergic reaction in the origin thereof. CONSTITUTION:This preventing and therapeutic agent for bronchial asthma comprises a protein 'bindable to a human IgE, specifically a highly affinitive immunoglobulin E receptor a chain or a soluble fragment of the highly affinitive immunoglobulin E receptor alpha chain bindable to the human IgE as an active ingredient.
