PURPOSE:To obtain the subject sheet excellent in rigidity and impact resistance, useful for transport containers, etc., by adding a foaming agent to a resin composition comprising each specific PP-based block copolymer, ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer and high-density PE at specified proportion and then foaming. CONSTITUTION:The objective sheet 0.2-0.4 in density can be obtained by adding a foaming agent such as azodicarbonamide to a resin composition comprising (A) 90-60wt.% of a PP-based block copolymer 0.5-15 in MI composed of (1) 99-80wt.% of an essentially crystalline PP and (2) 1-20wt.% of an essentially noncrystalline ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer, (B) 5-35wt.% of an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer 0.880-0.905 in density and (C) 0-35wt.% of a high-density PE 0.94-0.97 in density, followed by extrusion expansion. |
