<p>PURPOSE: To provide a passage between members, having no leakage, by respectively forming chamfer surfaces on ends of respective holes of two members having holes to be matched to each other, and fitting both ends of a crush pipe in which a ball part seatable on respective chamfer surfaces is formed on the intermediate part into respective holes. CONSTITUTION: When a first member 20 in which a hole 20-1 having a large introducing part of a chamfer surface 20-2 is provided on the inlet is connected to a second member 30 in which a hole 30-1 having a large introducing part of a chamfer surface 30-2 is provided on the inlet, a crush pipe 10 as a thin- walled copper pipe having pipe-like ends 10-1, 10-3 between which a spherical ball part 10-2 is arranged is provided, an annular groove, namely, a recess 20-3 is formed in the hole 20-1 of the first member 20, and an O-ring 24 is mounted in it. The pipe-like end 10-1 of the crush pipe 10 is fitted into the hole 20-1 with a constant clearance and sealed by the O-ring 24, the ball part 10-2 is seated on respective chamfer surfaces 20-2, 30-2, and therefore, both holes 20-1, 30-1 are communicated with and connected to each other.</p> |
