PURPOSE:To recover oils, having a high viscosity and greatly grown scum. CONSTITUTION:A liquid recovery device is composed of a main body tank 3 floated in a liquid by a main body float 2, an inflow weir 5 being movably fitted onto the outer circumference of the main body tank 3, floated in the liquid by a guide float 4, having a grade surface 21 and introducing the liquid into the main body tank 3 and a discharge section 7 discharging the liquid in the main body tank 3. A scraper 6 is installed onto the grade surface 21 of the inflow weir 5, and a push-in screw 50 is mounted into the main body tank 3, thus scraping a suspended matter on the grade surface 21, then pushing the suspended matter into the main body tank 3.
