An instrument panel (3) having a surface member combined unitarily with a core member of a thermoplastic resin and obtained by supplying a material for the surface member between female and male metal mold members, and pressure molding the material after a molten thermoplastic resin has been supplied between the material for the surface member and the male mold member or the female mold member, or while supplying the resin between the same, characterized in that a bracket (4) is formed on the outer circumferential portion of the instrument panel (3) or the inner surface thereof so that the bracket (4) is integral with the resin constituting the core member.
