PURPOSE:To make the workability and the getting on/off property compatible, and to realize a compact size, a light weight, and a low cost, by capturing a part of a seat belt with a hook and making an arm in the erecting posture when it is detected that the installing preparation is completed, and restoring the arm and the hook to the original positions when the installing is detected. CONSTITUTION:When an occupant is seated and a side door 7 is closed, the detecting signal of a door switch is input to an ECU 27, a hook 22 is turned by a power unit 24, and a part of a seat belt 10 is hooked and captured by the hook 22. As a result, a driving lever 23 pushes a projection 21a so as to sway a reach arm 21 forward integrally, and the seat belt 10 is also drawn out. When the seat belt 10 is installed, the driving signal of a buckle switch built in a buckle 14 is input to the ECU 27, and the ECU 27 gives an instruction to the power unit 24 so as to sway the driving lever 23 upward. And the hook 22 is turned to the rear side, the arm 21 is swayed rearward by an arm return spring 37, and the arm 21 is restored to the storing posture. |
