PURPOSE: To realize airtight sealing when a fitting tube is attached to a flexible bag admitting a liquid like medical solution for non-oral dose using a pair of hot bars by means of warm bars or cold bars for cooling sealed portion with the hot bars. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower sealing bars 10 are used for tightly sealing flexible film with fit tubes, and the flexible film and fit tubes have been positioned so that they are retained under a pressure between the upper and lower sealing bars 10. Each sealing bar 10 possesses a base 11 having setup holes 15, grooves 14 for placing fit tubes and sealing regions 13 coated with coating 21 for peeling off. And in this sealing bar 10, a fluid for heating, cooling or keeping warmth is flowed through inlet/outlet ports 12 when used as the hot bar, cold bar or warm bar. The hot bar and warm bar may be heated with an electrical heating means. |
