<p>PURPOSE:To provide a bushing capable of preventing the disconnection of fiber in spinning due to its thickness on the outlet side of a discharge hole, reducing the variance in fiber diameters and enhancing the spinning stability by concaving the one side of a flat bushing base plate material, providing a protrusion on the other side by compression molding and piercing the plate to form the discharge hole. CONSTITUTION:As shown in the figure, a protrusion 8 having a discharge hole outlet 9 at the upper part is extruded, the plate is recessed from the lower side to form an inlet hole 10. The protrusions and recesses are staggeringly arranged with 4.0mm pitch by repeating the press working to form a shape having 800 discharge hole outlets 9 with the protrusion 8 and the inlet hole 10. In this case, a=1.8mm. depth b=30.mm, protrusion height c=5.0mm. inlet hole depth d=3.5mm and inlet hole size e=3.5mm. The press-worked plate is shaped to open the closed part inside the discharge hole, and the discharge hole diameter is controlled to 1.85mm.</p> |
