发明名称 METHOD OF BONDING FLUORORESIN PIPE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase a bonding strength of a small diameter fluororesin pipe without reducing the strength of said pipe itself by bonding the same to a small diameter pipe or bar after subjecting an inside face to be bonded of the small diameter fluororesin pipe to corona discharge processing. CONSTITUTION:A ring-shaped counter electrode 2 of a corona discharge device is mounted in a closely contact manner on an outer peripheral portion of a fluororesin pipe 1, which corresponds to an inside face to be bonded in the inner diameter thereof. Further, a top end part of a bar-like electrode 3 of the corona discharge device is arranged in the inner diameter portion of the fluororesin pipe 1 so as to correspond to the counter electrode 2. Corona discharge is performed between the counter electrode 2 and the top end part o the bar-like electrode 3, and the inside face is subjected to corona discharge processing. Then, the counter electrode 2 and the bar-like electrode 3 are removed from the fluororesin pipe 1, and a metal pipe, to the outer peripheral face of which a bonding agent is applied, is inserted into the fluororesin pipe 1 so as to be brought into close contact with the face of the same, thus the metal pipe is bonded to said pipe 1. By this method, the face to be bonded in the inner diameter is modified in quality to increase its bonding power without reducing the strength of the fluororesin pipe 1 itself.</p>
