摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the cyclic peptide having high reactivity with a human acetyl choline receptor-resistant antibody which is a pathogenic substance contained in the body fluid of a severe amyosthenia patient and useful for the therapy and diagnosis of severe amyosthenia. CONSTITUTION:This cyclic peptide containing an amino acid sequence of the formula: Trp-Asn-Pro-X-Asp-Tyr-Gly-Gly-Y-Lys (X is Asp or Ala; Y is Val or Ile) and comprising 10-50 amino acid residues.
