PURPOSE:To prevent working failure by way of increasing efficiency of picking work and shortening working hour by automatically carrying out inspection work by a picking carriage with a weighing machine built in it. CONSTITUTION:Intrinsic information of weight and volume of a shipping objective product, an assortment possibility ratio of an assortment box and others is previously registered in an item control information file 12. At the time of shipping work, an assortment box number and volume computing means 14 reads a shipping order from a shipping order file 11, finds its volume and weight by way of making reference to the item control information file 12, computes a required assortment box number and a distribution number to each assortment box and outputs its result to a calculation result storage file 15. An assortment calculation result conversion means 16 converts a data of the number of boxes possible to load on one carriage and outputs it to a storage medium 17. The storage medium 17 is installed on a display part 18b of a picking carriage 18, and in accordance with the indicated distribution number, the product is distributed to the assortment boxes. A weighing machine built in on the bottom part of a loading shelf 18a, detects failure of distribution and demands a worker to distribute as instructed. |
